  • The product has not been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

    • Log into your Newjins account and go to the "Order History" section.

  2. Select the Order:

    • Choose the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Initiate Return:

    • Follow the prompts to initiate the return process.
    • Select the item(s) you want to return and choose the reason for the return.

  4. Print the Return Label:

    • Print the return label provided and securely attach it to the package.

  5. Ship Your Return:

    • Send the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided on the return label.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your return and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items:

Some items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items that have been personalized or customized.
